You agree to provide accurate and complete delivery instructions, including the recipient's name, address, and contact information. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery instructions.

You agree not to use our Services to transport any prohibited items, including but not limited to, illegal substances, firearms, explosives, hazardous materials, live animals, and perishable goods. We reserve the right to inspect your parcel and refuse to transport any prohibited items.

We offer insurance for your parcel at an additional cost. You may purchase insurance for your parcel at the time of booking our Services. Our liability for loss or damage to your parcel will be limited to the amount of insurance purchased by you.

We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our Services. We do not guarantee the availability of our Services at all times or that our Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Our liability for any loss or damage caused by our Services will be limited to the charges paid by you for the relevant Services. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits or business interruption.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the venue of the arbitration shall be in New Delhi, India. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ship2gether regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

Ship2gether's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
